大家等很久的ASUS Rampage II Extreme...是ROG玩家國度裡面在X58平台上的最新力作！大紅色的包裝...在架上一定相當搶眼！
The latest Mobo from ASUS ROG Series...."Rampage II Extreme", all red packing... suit for the Chinese New Year...
嗯嗯...Edward只能說...所有以往覺得不可能的元素...今天都包進ASUS Rampage II Extreme裡面了...除支援Intel Core i7以及X58平台之外...ATI CROSSFIRE/NVIDIA SLI也因為NV的授權...終於可以出現在同一個包裝上了，對於愛好顯示卡的玩家來說，也終於不用擔心選購上匹配的問題了...
(只要改擔心「子彈」夠不夠就可以了...Orz）
In the past, you can never see the ATI/Nvidia logo put together in the same packing, now the dreams come true...after the BIOS authorization, now the X58 can do the ATI CrossFire and Nvidia SLI in the same platform, you need not to worry about the VGA card compatible problems.
(The only thing you have to care about is the money in your packet... )

ASUS Rampage II Extreme的功能也詳細的寫在裡頭，ROG系列一直以來都是以強勁的超頻特性著稱，像是「TweakIt」、「ProbeIt」等設計，而在Rampage II Extreme上，還加入了「ML Cap」以及嶄新的動態多相電源管理設計，甚至還搭配了Creative的SupremeFX X-Fi獨立音效卡...一切都是直逼爽度而來，另外還附上3DMark Vantage以及Kaspersky防毒軟體...讓玩家一次High個夠。
The ROG series are famous for the Extremely overclocking features, like the "TweakIt", "ProbeIt" functions, now the Rampage II Extreme comes with the new "ML Cap" and Dynamic multi-phase Power management function, even more, you can get the Creative SupremeFX X-Fi soundcard in the same time...and ASUS also put the "3DMark Vantage" and "Kaspersky Anti-Virus" software into the packing...Humm...Surely you will get high when you see all of these...

終於等到你了...ASUS Rampage II Extreme...（感動中）
Here we go now...the ASUS Rampage II Extreme... (oh...I was touched...)
非常精緻的散熱設計+16相電源設計...看到一整排封閉電感的感覺真的很爽...而且，你看到那顆Fujitsu的電容了嗎？...
Delicate cooling design on the cooling plus the 16-phase powre management, you can see the rows of choke and FUJITSU cap near the socket.
不用在躲躲藏藏了...現在就把Rampage II Extreme的正面讓你看清楚...支援三組PCI-E x16 slot，另保留了PCI插槽，想當然爾...一定有支援ATI Crossfire跟Nvidia的SLI技術（3-Way SLI)。散熱片的部份則是全「蓋」了...VTT CPU Power Card就在底下，整體設計看起來相當緊湊。有趣的是，主機板兩顆「iROG」晶片倒是相當醒目。
PCI-E x16 slot x3, support the 3-Way SLI and of course the CrossFire is supported too...now we get the full cooling block on the NorthBridge and SouthBridge, you may notice that the "VTT CPU Power Card" hide below the ROG mark...there are 2 iROG chips near the SATA port...

嗯嗯...從這個角度看應該就非常非常清楚了...裝上各種塔型散熱器應該也不會有卡機構的問題...（等一下，現在有廠商在賣LGA 1366的散熱器嗎？）（傻孩子，等Core i7紅了你想不買都不行啊...）
Very clear shot of the CPU Socket, you can install any tower coolers on it.
(just wait a moment... now we got any manufacturer produce the LGA 1366 cooler?)

後方Rear Panel，ROG畢竟是定位在玩家等級，設計上也相對以簡潔為主。（有保留PS/2鍵盤...真是太感動了，Edward用的老Cherry鍵盤還可以使用 T-T）
The rear panel, the design is for the extreme overclockers, so you won't see any LPT/Com port here, but ASUS keep the PS/2 Keyboard connector here, I can use my Old Cherry Keyboard on this)
來個近拍特寫吧...FUJITSU的3V-1000uF...旁邊則是EPU以及電源管理晶片...

再來一張，兩組PCI-E x1跟三組PCI-E x16，加上一組PCI插槽，看來振盪器有得算了...哈哈...其中PCI-E x1一組保留給X-Fi音效卡使用。
One more shot, 2 PCI-E x1 and 3 PCI-E x16, and plus one PCI slot. the PCI-E x1 in black is for the X-Fi soundcard.
Marvell的兩顆網路晶片+VIA的VT6308P...1394晶片...隔壁是Winbond的。

現在來看看南北橋散熱的部份（好high）。
Now take some time on the cooling system.
首先是北橋跟VTT CPU Power Card的散熱設計，大大的ROG Mark讓你忘不了。（Edward同樣忘不了那白色LED燈光啊啊啊～～）
The ROG mark always attract me with the white LED light.
側邊特寫一張，VTT CPU Power Card的設計感覺上還蠻複雜的...針腳這麼多。北橋散熱片則是大量採用鰭片設計，增加表面積。
You can see the VTT CPU Power Card now...lots of pin and looks complicated. The Northbridge cooler comes with lots of fins to accelerate the cooling.
另外一個角度再來一張...可以看到底下是一體成型的...
Hum...another shot...
其他介面部份，SATA/IDE都已經先轉好90度了，長顯示卡也沒有機構干涉的問題。不過多出來的那一組SATA是做啥的...還頗令人玩味。
the SATA/IDE interface is designed in 90 degrees, you need not to worry the Long VGA card problems any more, but you can also see that there is a Black SATA connector there...it is funny and I do not what is it for...
兩顆iROG晶片，不消多說，當然是提供Rampage II Extreme超頻調校專用的晶片了...
2 iROG chips, specialized in the Overclocking setting and tuning...
狂熱玩家專屬的「TweakIt」，前方接腳是幹嘛用的呢？...看下面的字就知道了吧！！
only for the overclocker...the "TweakIt", you can control the BIOS with this small toggles, and you can also see the socket in front of the toggles, you can use the Multimeter to get the value directly from the Motherboard...that means...you need not to get the value by searching the motherboard or BIOS...
再來一張，老實說Edward不太會操作 =_= ; 一定是我摸得不夠久...
Actually Edward is not familiar with all these things  ...
支援三通道DRAM設計，當然...是支援DDR3的。市面上也已經開始發售3通道包裝的記憶體產品了。
Tri-Channel DRAM is supported, of course it support the DDR3, I know now the A-DATA have the Tri-Channel DRAM pack on sale.
卯起來再偷偷塞一個...XD...一樣是FUJITSU的電容...記憶體專用！！
More...The DIMM slot also have another FUJITUS Cap...It is amazing...
DDR Normal、DDR High、DDR CRAZY...動態監視燈號 XD.................不用再等BIOS了，沒什麼比電流直接通過、啟動燈號還要更準的吧？...
Dynamic LED Monitor on the motherboard, just throw the BIOS away...
背板設計，有助散熱的STACK COOL 2當然也會放在這樣的頂級平台上。另外，有興趣的玩家可以注意一下PCI-E x16的背面，這次3組PCI-E都支援x16模式，所以不會看到空焊的情況。（Edward自己的P35主機板雖然支援CrossFire主機板...但是只有x16+x4...x4那一組背面都空焊...T-T）
Rampage II Extreme also comes with the STACK COOL 2 design on the mobos.
