[英雄聯盟] Machi E-Sports 驚傳大哥(黃立成)與選手薪資合約承諾跳票

Machi E-Sports戰隊再英雄聯盟LNL聯賽戰績優異順利打敗TPS拿下GPL參賽權,但在GPL開賽前驚傳Machi E-Sports當家中路選手"咕魯貓"再FB發表了一串言論

這串言論意味著選手在Machi E-Sports戰隊過的似乎相當不開心?
再稍早Machi E-Sports大哥(黃立成)也在SKYPE發表了一些對台灣電競的談話,其中包含"咕嚕貓"早先離隊的訊息

就在這篇文章出現沒多久後"咕嚕貓"直接在他粉絲團揭發Machi E-Sports內幕
以下為截取至"咕嚕貓"粉絲團
我本來沒打算現在爆的 想說等gpl打完之後再說
先說我對machi這隊 除了隊友和willy以外 我是非常厭惡的
先說錢的問題
一開始我聽到的條件是 35k 包吃包住 獎金全給
我個人是不care你給我多少 edp都待的下去了 錢只是用來跟朋友說嘴的而已
進隊前你跟我說35k 進去後領第一份薪水不對 去問才知道原來有試用期是時薪制
三個月試用期過後 你給22k 說是因為原本garena要放掉tps養machi 後來又不要
所以在不要讓支出>收入的情況下 給了22k 並承諾進gpl給30k 但是所有車錢自出
如果不打可以說 他們就會組成綜藝隊
從這時候開始 我就決定打完lnl我就要退隊
因為我覺得對我來說 有一個不守信用的老闆真的讓人很厭惡
在這之後rainer離隊了(這後面說
一開始說綁約不好 所以我們沒有合約
進gpl後薪水還是22k 而且這次直接打合約給我們
說是如果你要30k 獎金就是3:7分 我們3 說是這樣才能夠支付我們薪水
所以最後談妥的條件是22k 7:3分
這時我一直跟隊友們說我要退隊
但是他們說台服已經沒有中路不是職業跟我差不多了
近期內要找是很困難的
所以被盧了快一個禮拜我決定繼續
畢竟你gpl放在那邊 暫時找不到人我就先頂著
所以合約也被迫簽了
在這期間內 我一直在等 等到他們找到所謂的第六人
而這第六人遲遲沒有出現
最後我只好在gpl的前十天 跟他們表明我一定要辭職 快點找人進來
因為gpl的選手名單已經登記不能改 要等到7月才能換
所以我也承諾我在7月之前不會走人 打到你們找到人為止
然後就在比賽前兩天 我收到他們找到人我不用在去公司的通知

關於rainer離隊這件事
其實我是一個外人 這是其他四個人跟他的問題
因為我被找進來就是聽說他態度不好 所以想換成我
而在我進來後 我覺得他的操作不錯 而且也沒有什麼態度的問題
所以我個人跟她還挺合得來的
至少在我跟他相處的這段時間那 他都沒什麼問題
直到有一天 也就是試用期過後談薪資的那天
談完薪資後大哥說韓國教練就是rainer
(聽說machi最早在選人的時候 大哥叫rainer假扮成韓國高端教練 然候選人)
其他人知道這個後全隊開始各種排斥
最後被弄走
然後弄走後多了一個 只要剩下lnl全勝就有一人1w的獎賞
而在我這個外人的眼裡就是
你不想付錢 所以你賣掉了一個人
去保留其他想走的人
他在這件事情發生前一天 我跟他座計程車到捷運站
他說他不想繼續打了 不管是錢還是跟jc配合都太累
他說會留在這邊主要是為了大哥 道義問題
我跟他說 有成績出來 錢自然會變多 你覺得有問題的地方跟jc溝通看看
幾天後他就被炒了

練習問題
先說solo 我個人覺得我自己實力不夠 所以我一直很想去打韓服增強實力
但是大哥認為 打韓服鑽五場根本浪費時間 不如打台服
你沒打鑽五場是會變鑽一?
所以有跟隨我的實況的都知道 只要大哥在 我就只能打台服
他覺得solo是非常浪費時間的 所以要求我跟jcain duo
但是我個人非常討厭duo 尤其是跟jcain
我先說 我不討厭jcain 對我來說他把我找進來 我非常感謝他 因為他認同我的能力
但是我這個人不喜歡duo 因為搶不到位置
你覺得jg和ap雙排 p1p5的情況下 能拿到兩人要的位置機率有多少
在duo的這段期間 我玩得不是庫奇 凱特琳 就是上路雷茲
你告訴我這對練習有什麼狗屎幫助
然後jcain很會樹敵 他在打只要是被他嘴過的在同隊不是送頭就是掛網
所以大概每10場才會有一場是能夠練到東西的
但是怎麼跟大哥解釋都沒用 如果大家會使用google可以去查對牛彈琴
在團練時只要後面有大哥 就會整場聽他念東念西
假如我們順風 10:1
他就會念 像這種場一個都不要死 順風還打這麼久之類的 很長的屁話
假如我們逆風 3:7
他就會開始靠北說 為什麼會這樣 是不是前期沒做好 就說一開始戰術brabra的屁話
假如我們逆風 7:20
整場很吵 分貝很大 很哭
而且會一直干擾到我們的溝通
他會一直問一些很煩的問題
通常星羽和ender都會選擇回他 然後我們溝通就完全消失
他跟我講話我是不屌他 結果就是他會回到自己電腦開始開實況或跟別人講skype然後非常大聲的靠北我們
我們第一次跟他說這樣很吵
他說什麼吵 他就是要吵 然後開始講龜兔賽跑故事 講了快30分鐘
第二次跟他說 他說比賽會場都這樣
所以要習慣
第三次叫willy跟他說
結果討論出來的結論是WILLY被說服應該要更大聲的吵才符合比賽現場情況真的很讓人傻眼

上班時間是12.00~10.00
12.00~1.00是吃飯時間
5.00~6.00也是吃飯時間
但是大哥認為 吃飯很浪費時間
所以我們之後幾乎都是叫外送
他覺得我們練習時間不夠
所以應該把時間調成早上9.00-下午10.00
這當然直接被否決
回到家後jcain打了一場ng
然後隔天上班就被靠北說 身為一個職業選手不該打ng
馬的 在家做啥到底干你啥事
然後fb po文被底下留言不要浪費時間 要當世界冠軍不能浪費時間
