Tenured and Tenure Track Faculty Positions Available

The Department of Biomedical Engineering and Environmental Sciences (BMES) at National Tsing Hua University (NTHU) provides the excellent interdisciplinary program in Taiwan. The multi-disciplinary course curriculum covers the field of Molecular Biophotonics, Medical Physics and Engineering, and Environmental Molecular Science. The department invites applications for one and more tenured or tenure track faculty positions to commence on February 1, 2009. We are open to outstanding individuals in the following areas:
(A) Molecular Biophotonics (Biomedical probes, Cancer Therapy, Biophotonics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Nano-biomedicens)
(B) Environmental Molecular Science (Nano/Microanalysis, Green Chemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Environmental Material Chemistry)
(C) Medical Physics and Engineering (Molecular Imaging, Medical Engineering, Radiation Dosimetry, Imaging Physics, Health Physics).

All levels of faculty positions are available. Applications for positions at the Assistant Professor level should have a Ph.D. degree and postdoctoral experience. The successful candidates will be expected to have a strong commitment to excellence in research as well as in teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. 國立清華大學生醫工程與環境科學系是一個以科學跨領域教學研究為特色，具有優良傳統與光輝歷史的學術機構。目前設有「分子生醫光電」、「環境分子科學」、及「醫學物理暨工程」三大學程領域。本系將於98年度(98年2月起聘)增聘數名助理教授以上教師，竭誠歡迎有學術理想、有研究熱忱之優秀學者專家加入我們的行列。

一、 職位：專任助理教授級以上。
二、 專長領域：
(1) 分子生醫光電：生物科技、藥物化學、影像技術、影像技術、生醫光電、奈米光電。
(2) 環境分子科學：綠色化學、環境化學、分析化學、材料化學。
(3) 醫學物理與工程：分子影像學、輻射劑量學、生醫工程、影像物理學、保健物理學。
三、 資格：具理工及生命科學相關系所博士學位者。
四、 檢附資料：
(1) 個人完整履歷：至少需含照片、姓名、出生年月日、聯絡方式，重要學經歷及其他個人資料。
(2) 博士學位證書影本或教育部證書影本。
(3) 著作目錄、重要論文抽印本。
