Position:
National Cheng Kung University invites applications for the positions as project-appointed assistant professors, project-appointed associate professors or project-appointed professors of the Institute of International Management, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan. The contract will be signed on a yearly basis.
Salary Range:
Salary depends upon qualifications and based on the public payment system of the project-appointed professors at National Cheng Kung University.

National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) is a leading University in Taiwan. It is located in Tainan city and it is one of the best universities in Taiwan. The University gained high reputation throughout Taiwan. The Institute of International Management was found in 2006. Currently, the program has been attended by more than 200 international students and 80 local students from more than 25 countries. Our faculty members graduated from top universities in USA, Europe and Japan and one third of them are from abroad. The Institute has strong ties with the industries and the government and together, collaborates in various academic researches.
Qualifications:
Applicants must have completed a PhD degree or expect to complete a PhD degree before December 31, 2008 and major in Organizational Behavior, International Business, Marketing Management, Strategic Management or Human Resource Management. Applicants also must have excellent teaching skills and all courses should be delivered in English. Applicants may be Taiwan or non-Taiwan citizens. International professional experience in the areas of specialization would be an advantage.
