百香果酸奶
用水牛奶煮滚放凉40度做的酸奶浓稠得象冰淇淋一样,再加上一勺百香果,又香又好吃。一小包菌粉(1克)可做1升牛奶,牛奶放凉至40度放在酸奶机里保温,过一晚就可以吃到温热清香的酸奶了。百香果顾名思义集百果之香,其中最浓郁的是番石榴和芒果的香味,百香果在这儿很少见有得卖,反正我是没见过了,这些是同事上网购回来的,但不会吃,只知道用开水冲着喝,剩下的就送我做点心,看来还是种善恩得善果的,平时做些点心请同事吃,同事有好的也会留给我,呵呵,先做个简单的百香果酸奶,有时间再试试做个百香果慕思蛋糕,一定很香很好吃 。https://img5.poco.cn/mypoco/myphoto/20080131/22/34924215200801312213323563596547518_006_640.jpg
