Masunaga is a Japanese optical company created in 1905, where its staff and management dedicated their life in helping to maintain the best eyesight possible whether or not you are wearing glasses.

And Masunaga’s latest creation is the quite, puzzling Wink Glasses. Thanks to a small and compact mounted display fixed on a pair of Glasses, Masunaga will “force” you to blink or wink regularly, by blurring your vision.
Granted that this overall concept sounds pretty bizarre, but, blinking is in fact very essential for your eyes as it provides the necessary moisture…
Not quite convinced, yet? If for sure most of us do not need this kind of a product, there is a certain number of people on Earth who do not blink enough. It is for them that such product will be helpful by making them blink regularly, and particularly helpful for those who happen to have to spend hours in front of a computer or writing / reading documents on Paper.
The Wink Glasses are unfortunately only available in Japan for now, and the display that is attached to the glasses can work only when mounted on a Masunaga pair of Glasses adjusted for it. However, bright side is this customer-friendly Masunaga pair of glasses provides you with the possibility of using the Glasses not only on the go thanks to the batteries placed in the module but also while sitting by plugging them into your computer via USB.
