ASRock Unveils E350M1 Motherboard with AMD’s Zacate Platform

AMD has unveiled Zacate, its new architecture to feature a GPU on the same silicon die as the CPU. APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) is the unique combination of CPU and GPU computing technologies, it combines high-performance serial computing and parallel graphics processing cores onto a single die to improve visual and data-intensive tasks. The ASRock E350M1 is a well-specified motherboard. It’s a mini-ITX board that brings versatility to a compact case. Supporting Full HD 1080p Blu-ray (BD) playback with DVI and HDMI ports, the E350M1 board also tackles high definition video services, with streaming 1080p content and smooth running. The back plate is crammed with ports, offering eSATA3, Gigabit Ethernet, optical S/PDIF, six audio jacks, and one PS/2 port alongside six USB 2.0 ports. For audio aspect, this board is equipped with Realtek ALC 892 Audio Codec that supports 7.1 CH HD Audio with Content Protection and Premium Blu-ray function.
