Toshiba 這一款低電壓處理器 , 吃 1.7V電壓 , 內有 128Kb的快取記憶體 8Kb的 RAM ...
10bit 的 ADC 跟 時脈產生器 ...等功能
看起來就是為了手持裝置 電子書 PDA 等所做準備的處理器 ...
重點是 : 它具有 "雙通道" 喔 ... XD 連手持裝置都有雙通道 !

Unveiled by Toshiba Electronics Europe, this 6mm x 6mm micro controller (a.k.a TMPM395FWXBG) claims to be ultra-low voltage,working with voltages down to 1.7V and is meant for usage in various applications ranging from battery-powered and portable devices to home appliances and consumer electronics, according to the company. It features a 128Kbytes of Flash memory 8Kbytes of RAM, a 10-bit 12-channel ADC, a real time clock (RTC), 10-channel 16-bit timer and a watchdog timer (WDT).
Connectivity includes a 3-channel general purpose serial interface and a 2-channel serial bus interface. It provides 91 pins for input/output.
