記憶體模組大廠Kingston推出的HyperX系列 DDR3 2250 6G Kit的記憶體模組,HyperX 2250 6Gkit模組(最多要於三通道),展現Kingston HyperX記憶體模組的不凡效能及相容性,以期滿足測試時的高記憶體頻寬的需求,以下先就HyperX系列 DDR3 2250 6GB Kit模組介紹&簡測。Sandy Bridge+P67平台上市,記憶體的效能又被推升一個檔次,故本次欲藉由3種i7平台測試,展現針對P67平台調教之 HyperX 2133記憶體模組的不凡效能,Core i7處理器是Intel於2008年推出的64位元四核心CPU,沿用x86-64指令集,並以Intel Nehalem微架構為基礎,用以取代Intel Core 2系列處理器,(中文:酷睿i7,目前核心代號分別有:Bloomfield、Lynnfield、Gulftown及Sandy Bridge等,另外網友常以「愛妻」暱稱之)。第一代i7官方的正式推出日期是2008年11月17日,配合的晶片組是Intel X58。Core i7另於2010年發表32奈米製程擁有六個實體核心產品,代號Gulftown的i7,同樣支援超執行緒技術,並向下支援現今的X58晶片。代號為Bloomfield的Core i7-9xx系列,採用LGA1366接腳,TDP為130W,支援HyperThreading、內建DDR3記憶體控制器及新的QPI連接介面。Bloomfield 核心的Core i7雖擁有不錯的效能,但因為成本較高較難成為主流市場的選擇。2009年9月Intel推出了新一代代號為Lynnfield的四核心產品主流市場的桌上型處理器,搭配年中推出的P55系統晶片組。Lynnfield主要有兩種型號Core i7-8xx及Core i5-7xx採用新的LGA1156腳位。其中Core i7-8xx與9xx一樣支援Hyperthreading,全部共有八個執行緒,但是Core i5-7xx系列則未支援此功能,所以不在這次的測試及討論之列。
Bloomfiled首度採用QPI連接介面與北橋晶片連接,但在Lynnfield卻又取消了QPI。原因是Lynnfield整合了PCIe Gen.2匯流排,直接提供一組PCIe X16或是二組X8,等於是合併X58北橋的主要功能。所以P55系統晶片組可以拿掉北橋,變成單一系統晶片,自然也就不需要QPI介面了,故Lynnfield與晶片組之間改用原本南北橋間使用的DMI介面。雖然Lynnfield在包裝上比Bloomfield小,但是內部反而具有較多的電晶體(774M vs. 731M),晶片面積也比較大(296mm2 vs. 263mm2)。Lynnfield及Sandy Bridge核心的Core i7的TDP均為95W,比Bloomfield的130W低。而最新一代的i7為Sandy Bridge採用32奈米第二代Hi-K + Metal gate製程,在微架構上作出改良,也全面內建繪圖核心並且加入全新Intel Advanced Vector Extensions(AVX)指令集,加速浮點運算效能。Sandy Bridge處理器在Turbo Boost技術上也強化新一代處理器核心及繪圖核心,在TDP下超頻提升系統性能,此外,新一代P67系統晶片將會除去DDR3記憶體Ratio限制,令記憶體超頻能力大大提升,不過P67系統晶片卻改變了Base Clock Generate及DMI CLK設計, 由於P67完全整合了Clock Generate不再需要CK505 External,因此不再會出現Base Clock並只能調整DMI CLK作超頻,此舉將令PCI-E及SATA Clock同時改變,也造成新一代Sandy Bridge外頻超頻難度。
自第一代的i7面市,intel的Core i7處理器一直佔據個人電腦處理器市場的王座,此次測試將針對同為4C8T的Core i7的Bloomfield、Lynnfield及Sandy Bridge固定在4G左右下(除頻比率不同時脈會小有差異),針對DDR3 1600、2000以上整體效能測試,及1866、2133記憶體頻寬的表現,提供消費者個人電腦平台升級的參考依據,當然為了完美這次測試的需要,搭配CPU的外頻及記憶體吞吐能量,採用記憶體模組大廠Kingston推出的HyperX系列 DDR3 2250 6G Kit的記憶體模組,HyperX 2250 6Gkit模組(最多要於三通道),展現Kingston HyperX記憶體模組的不凡效能及相容性,以期滿足測試時的高記憶體頻寬的需求,以下先就HyperX系列 DDR3 2250 6GB Kit模組介紹&簡測。

小結:HyperX DDR3 2250果然輕鬆達陣,效能不可小覷,三者效能差異就先讓各位見真章,以彙整表結果來看,X58平台感覺有廉頗老矣,尚能飯否?之感,在記憶體頻寬部分以3通道略占有優勢,另外在平台擴充性(PCI-E通道數)上也優於P55及P67,整體效能部分Sandy Bridge的2600K表現可圈可點,重點是4G對它這不是極限,以45nm的Bloomfield、Lynnfield核心來說要超到5G,可說是難如登天,但對Sandy Bridge來說別人的極限就是它的地平線感覺,以上提供給各位參考。 只看到2600K 的數據.... WING大建議一下

建議用chrome瀏覽,IE可能會卡住。 現在我都用CHROME 來上網阿
