ROG Zephyrus M為全球最薄的GTX 1070電競筆電（最薄處僅17.5mm），內建最新第八代Intel Core i7處理器與NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060/1070標準版獨立顯示卡，搭配可切換的GPU模式，可選擇長時續航的”Optimus省電模式”或完整釋放繪圖效能的”G-SYNC模式”，滿足許多高行動力玩家的嚴苛需求，加上可增加20%空氣流量的”主動式空氣力學系統（Active Aerodynamic System）”散熱設計，以及12V雙風扇和獨家防塵散熱通道，不僅能大幅提升冷卻效果，維持系統運作時高度穩定，亦可將有害的灰塵或微粒排出，避免累積於散熱鰭片，延長使用壽命。
採用144Hz超高更新率、3ms疾速反應時間的IPS顯示螢幕，並具備令人驚豔的178°可視角與72% NTSC廣色域，可減少畫面色偏，忠實呈現豐富色彩。玩家可透過內建的ROG Aura Sync燈效，同步整合所有支援此功能裝置的RGB燈光模組，如：鍵盤、滑鼠、耳機等周邊配備，展現獨一無二的電競風采，讓玩家無論身置何處都是眾人矚目的焦點。

ROG Strix Z370系列主機板內建M.2散熱模組，其整合至PCH散熱器中，除了具備時尚的外觀造型，還可透過極具規模的散熱面積將M.2 SSD進行強效降溫，以維持最佳效能及延長使用壽命。M.2散熱模組以時尚斜角設計為特色，為玩家的設備增添美感。
配置最新Intel乙太網路（I219-V），提供更快、更順暢的遊戲體驗。Intel乙太網路控制器本身就與處理器及晶片組搭配的完美無縫，可減少CPU使用率，同時提供絕佳TCP和UDP傳輸量，以便更有餘裕地執行遊戲及其它工作。

鑑於遊戲時機殼風扇僅參考CPU溫度散熱，但GPU溫度卻往往比CPU更高，導致系統散熱效果不佳。為提供最佳散熱效能，ROG Strix顯示卡搭載兩個連接至系統風扇的四針腳GPU控制接頭，可隨GPU溫度提升調節風扇，提供輔助散熱，達最佳冷卻效果。
華碩工程師將頂級合金組件整合至顯示卡設計之中，強化整體可靠性。超合金電源技術II組件能大幅增進效能、降低功率損耗，相較前一代設計亦可提升近50%散熱效果。
