WD My Cloud系列產品擁有架設容易與操作易上手的優點，廣受許多使用者喜愛，這次WD My Cloud系列中的WD My Cloud Mirror在硬體規格上做了些微的升級，在處理器部分採用高效能雙核心處理器，提升整體的運作效能。
WD My Cloud Mirror在介面上相當容易上手，透過簡單的設定，可以輕鬆存取及分享資料、照片、影片…等，並有嚴密的資料隱私權保護，更可透過手持行動裝置的APP軟體做資料存取及影音串流，並可設定私人雲端同步空間，讓重要資料可以隨時同步最新版本到My Cloud Mirror內；近期推出My Cloud Mirror，同樣是支援RAID1功能，也就是備份功能，不會因為硬碟損壞而資料毀損。
My Cloud Mirror硬體規格上內建Giga Lan Port與USB3.0*2介面，原廠提供4TB、6TB及8TB三種容量可供選擇，在PC與Mac上分別提供不同的備份軟體讓使用者做資料備份，讓使用這在各種平台上皆可輕鬆使用My Cloud Mirror。

影音串流功能讓行動裝置上的APP做DLNA串流，即可撥放My Cloud Mirror內的影音資料，設定同樣是相當容易的，畢竟行動裝置容量有限，有了這個功能就可以隨處查看My Cloud Mirror內的影音資料

WD My Cloud Mirror應用層面相當廣泛，硬體配置部分讓使用者可依據使用需求做硬碟配置調整，並可利用USB3.0做資料備份功能，My Cloud Mirror可在PC與Mac上做使用，如在Mac上使用還可配合Apple Time Machine做備份，相當的方便與容易操作，本次介紹搭配了原廠所提供的軟體，可做私人雲端空間與私人同步備份空間，讓使用者可輕鬆同步與備份重要資料，並且出門在外也可存取雲端上的資料，不必租用市面上的雲端空間，且安全性也比市面上安全許多；WD提供之APP軟體整合了目前市面上許多雲端服務(Google Drive、百度雲、Dropbox、SkyDrive)，讓使用者可在這些雲端服務間傳輸檔案與資料互相同步，讓資料多了一層保障；Mirror硬體方面容量有4TB、6TB與8TB可選擇，適合有大容量需求的使用者使用；整體來說WD My Cloud Mirror在操作介面簡潔，相當容易上手與操作，且應用廣泛，不只是只有備份功能，要當動物機或是影音多媒體中心也是沒問題的，再加上採用雙核心處理器，在操作上的順暢度與效能有著相當不錯的表現，原廠提供三年保固，在保固方面WD提供相當不錯的服務，且服務中心也相當多。
