DDR4高頻率時代來臨-友懋GeIL SUPER LUCE DDR4-3000 16GB(4GB*4)實測 加映DDR4-3200超頻測試
前言:
DDR4在X99平台上最先開始採用,近期解禁的Skylake新平台也支援了DDR4記憶體,相信許多玩家的荷包已經蠢蠢欲動,身邊許多朋友都在期待Skylake新平台的到來,再加上近期記憶體價格不斷探底,讓許多玩家對DDR4更有興趣了,相較之下DDR3的價格固然相當親民,但效能上當然不及DDR4,DD3目前主流頻率為1600MHz與1866MHz,而DDR4則為2133MHz與2400MHz,光是頻率上的差別就相差非常大,在超頻後的效能表現更能顯現出DDR4的優勢;這次要介紹友懋GeIL SUPER LUCE系列的DDR4-3000 16GB(4GB*4),玩家對GeIL這品牌一定不陌生,友懋GeIL在2002年成立,首創專攻超頻記憶體市場,在DDR2時期可是相當夯的一個超頻記憶體品牌,並在2009年成立了Thortech Power雷神科技專攻高階電源市場,於2011年成立了EpicGear藝極科技針對電競玩家,推出一系列電競周邊產品;這次DDR4新世代GeIL再度將重心拉回記憶體市場,這次要介紹的SUPER LUCE系列相當特別,採用了獨家 LUCE智慧溫感光動科技(iLUCE Thermal-beaming Technology),搭配LED呼吸燈頻率來即時傳遞記憶體的工作溫度訊息,讓玩家隨時掌握即時記憶體狀態,隨著記憶體工作溫度上升,LED呼吸燈的頻率也會逐漸加快,呼吸頻率搭配5段設定,LED部分有極光白/極光紅/極光藍三種可選擇;容量部分有8GB/16GB/32GB/64GB可選擇,通道數部分有雙通道、四通道與雙四通道,頻率部分有3000MHz與3400MHz可選擇,並支援Intel XMP 2.0技術,講了這麼多還是直接來看效能表現拉。

這次的比較DDR3部分找了手上可以超頻至2800MHz且參數漂亮的模組,很多DDR3模組雖然可以上2800MHz但參數都很醜,許多玩家超頻出來用AIDA64測試頻寬都沒有超過30K的成績,當然這次比較組的DDR3還是上了高電壓才有辦法維持漂亮的參;DDR4部分要超頻至3200MHz的頻率可以說是相當輕鬆,而且效能表現相當亮眼,現在就來看看超頻後的表現

DDR3部分看過許多文章,要讀取、寫入與複製頻寬要同時超過40K成績真的相當困難,這次測試雖然沒有超過40K成績,但也已經表現相當優異都有達到38K以上的優異水準,不過DDR4部分要超頻至3200MHz的高頻率相當輕鬆,且讀取、寫入與複製頻寬皆超過43K的大關,寫入更高達了48K的亮眼成績,DDR4的優勢在於可以輕鬆超頻上3000MHz,而且在效能表現方面皆相當平均,玩家們可以參考一下,相信超頻玩家玩過DDR4後一定是愛不釋手!!
