富士通FUJITSU在這場SSD大戰中殺出一條血路,採用SLC顆粒,
SLC顆粒<<有什好處比起MLC顆粒受命更久,效能越高,當然啦!價錢上也是比MLC顆粒貴
以下是我查到SLC 與 MLC 的差別,大家能參考一下
SLC: Single-Level Cell, 一個記憶單元只存放一個位元 (兩個狀態)
MLC: Multi-Level Cell, 一個單元可以存放多個電位狀態, 以 2 bits 為例就是 00, 01, 10, 11 四個狀態, 如此一來儲存密度較 SLC 高, 成本較低, 但速度就慢多了

FSX-240GB SLC SSD RAID 0
首先簡單介紹一下RAID 0
RAID 0 的結果為 在系統內看到一顆硬碟容量為 240+240=480G
RAID 0 可以將二個硬碟容量加總,資料寫入時是一部分寫入第一顆硬碟,一部份寫入第二顆硬碟,優點是寫入跟讀取速度增加,但缺點是沒有容錯功能.一旦其中一顆硬碟損壞,將造成資料的損壞.

結論
富士通 FSX-240GB SLC SSD在我測頻中表現得中規中矩
在SSD戰場中想要脫穎而出,必須有所亮點SLC就是超越對手的亮點
不過在價錢上能在低一點的話會更迷人!!
SLC的優勢在於壽命更加長久,需要更長的時間才能看出SLC性能
建議售價會是多少?
