【開箱測試】當Sandisk Extreme Pro 遇到Sandisk Extreme II 240G (圖多,不喜勿入)
自從Sandisk跨足SSD領域，2012 Extreme首度問市，2013年Extreme II推出，緊接著2014年更推出Extreme Pro，小弟躬逢其盛
每代的Sandisk Extreme都玩過，每代的產品規格簡述如下表。

查了網路之前的文章，Extreme Pro也有人發過開箱文，本篇較不偏重
開箱，僅主要比較採用同樣主控的Extreme II及Pro，兩者相隔約一年
其效能演進是否真的讓人驚豔?

考慮測試圖檔較多，因此將所得數據抄錄整體後作成Excel比較表。
AIDA64 Read Test Suite，設定檔案容量為1MB及8MB。
1MB及8MB下Extreme II與Pro差異不大，有時Extreme II還勝過Pro。

AIDA64 線性讀寫測試，設定檔案容量為8MB，Extreme II的寫入最快
值較佳，但落於誤差範圍內。

AJA 設定2048*1556 10-bit RGB從128MB~16GB全測一輪。讀取方面
Pro明顯勝於Extreme II；寫入時，最小容量值輸了Extreme II，後段平
均寫入速率值僅剩小贏。

量值從1GB~32GB全測試一輪。

Sandisk Extreme Pro與Extreme II另一差異在於Pro額外提供了一套
Dashboard軟體，可用於Windows 7/8/8.1監控SSD，好奇試過想在
Extreme II上強制執行Dashboard卻徒勞無功。

Performance選項提供效能讀寫速率圖及Trim功能，很可惜的讀寫速率
圖應該是從Windows OS內建軟體去抓取並改成另一形式呈現，非自己
的讀寫測試軟體。此套軟體在Tool選項也提供Secured Erase功能，有
時會卡彈無法Secured Erase，且感覺抹寫後的速率恢復度不如Third
Party如PMagic來得有效率。

測試結論
儘管都是採用相同主控的Sandisk Extreme II與Pro，官方強調較高隨機
讀寫的Pro，但表現結果倒也沒全面倒壓過了Extreme II。至於保固期延
長或許是亮點(賣點之一)，但耐久度似乎也比Extreme II少囉。Pro版的
Dashboard裡增加額外功能是Sandisk SSD系列首見，以往的Sandisk
SSD軟體相對陽春，然而與其它家的SSD Toolbox軟體相比，也許仍有
成長改進的空間。
期待2015年Sandisk Extreme SSD能有更讓人驚豔的產品問市....
