目前市面上SSD百百種,使用的控制晶片不外乎SandForce與Marwell,少數廠商採用自家主控晶片,快閃記憶體部分最大宗的還是以MLC顆粒,還有SLC與TLC,TLC在使用壽命上僅500-1000次的抹寫次數,且使用的廠商較少,就不拿來這次的比較,這次主要拿最大宗的MLC顆粒與富士通Fujitsu所推出的FSX-240GB採用SLC顆粒來做比較,首先我們先來看看MLC與SLC的差異(下圖為MLC與SLC規格比較)

從表格中發現SLC有大家最為在意的壽命優勢(抹寫可達10萬次),且更加省電,讀寫速度更快,但缺點就是價格較MLC來的貴;MLC因為架構密度關係,可以較低的價格就可以達到SLC相同的容量,這也是目前為什麼消費級SSD以MLC顆粒為最大宗的原因!!
這次富士通Fujitsu所推出的FSX-240GB最大的特色就是採用SLC顆粒,FSX-240GB採用SandForce SF-2281主控晶片,相信大家都知道SandForce SF-2281主控晶片在沒有壓縮的資料環境下表現較Marwell控制器來的差,而採用了SLC顆粒,可以彌補非壓縮資料效能較差的缺點,讓使用SandForce SF-2281主控晶片的FSX-240GB在非壓縮資料的環境下同樣保有高讀寫的表現,現在就來看看這款採用SLC顆粒的Fujitsu FSX-240GB帶來什麼樣的驚奇表現嚕^^

富士通Fujitsu這次所推的出FSX-240GB效能表現與耐久度相當不錯,效能表現部分比起其他採用SandForce SF-2281的SSD表現亮眼許多,有了SLC顆粒的加持彌補了SandForce SF-2281主控晶片在非壓縮模式寫入效能不佳的缺點,甚至贏過了其他主控晶片的SSD;這次FSX-240GB組合為SandForce SF-2281主控晶片搭配Intel SLC NAND Flash顆粒,SLC顆粒有10萬次的抹寫次數,比起MLC顆粒高達好幾倍的壽命,從上面的效能總表中加入了SandForce SF-2281搭配Intel MLC NAND Flash顆粒效能測試數據,可以很明顯從表格中發現Fujitsu FSX-240GB這樣的組合不但保有了SF-2281壓縮資料效能強項,更大大提升了非壓縮資料環境的效能表現,在AS SSD Benchmark獲得了總分975的優異表現,在Anvil’s Benchmark 100%(不可再被壓縮)的測試項目中獲得了5031.85的亮眼成績,更是讓SandForce SF-2281搭配Intel MLC NAND Flash顆粒的SSD看車尾燈!!在耐久度測試上,這次僅做了簡單的10TB讀寫量,雖然經過10TB的摧殘Seq的寫入上有明顯的衰退外,其他測試項目還是有著不錯的亮眼成績,使用Source Erase後所有的測試表現立即回到10TB摧殘前的亮眼表現,從簡單的測試中可以發現Fujitsu FSX-240GB經過10TB的摧殘還是可以有著不錯的表現,消費者在使用上最擔心的壽命與耐久度問題相信在這簡單的實驗中也有了更十足的信心;Fujitsu FSX-240GB採用7mm厚度設計,可以安裝於Ultrabook內,可以升級的產品與應用相當廣泛,非常適合大資料量與追求效能的玩家使用,在價格上富士通這次主推平價款的SLC SSD,在售價上也較為親民些,富士通針對FSX-240GB產品提供五年保固,在使用上與售後皆有不錯的保障。
