PHILIPS C240P4QPYEW將I/O埠設計在螢幕面板下方，輸出埠共提供了一組DVI-D、D-Sub、DisplayPort 1.2，捨棄了HDMI連接埠，此舉相信是因為專業應用無須太過著墨於影音娛樂配置，因此也把此類的設計、授權金取消以降低成本。此外在螢幕左側還有4組USB 2.0埠的Hub設計，可讓醫療人員外接周邊裝置使用。

這款24吋專業醫療螢幕採16:10的規格，解析度是1920x1200，搭配IPS面板，其規格有著可視角度178度、反應時間14ms、亮度300 cd/m2、對比度1000：1、色彩深度為16.7M（8bit規格）…等等，並且符合DICOM（Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine）規範；而輸出埠提供了一組DVI-D、D-Sub、DisplayPort 1.2，還有4組USB 2.0埠的Hub設計，可讓醫療人員外接周邊裝置使用；另配置了兩組2W喇叭單元。此外，PHILIPS C240P4QPYEW的體積尺寸為555 x 550 x 244 mm，重量約7kg，而為了方便各種醫療顯示之用，PHILIPS C240P4QPYEW配備有符合人體工學設計的SmartErgoBase底座設計，其能提供130mm的高度調整，左右各65度旋轉，以及25度角的傾斜角度，當然，也有90度角的直立、平放模式，方便檢視X光片或其他使用模式。

除了在硬體規格上盡量滿足醫療人員的需求，PHILIPS也針對醫療應用環境來設計這款PHILIPS C240P4QPYEW，譬如預設使用醫療數位圖像模式（Clinical D-image preset）可滿足DICOM part 14的灰階顯像需求，此外還有飛利浦獨家的SmartImage Clinic顯示技術，可自動地針對不同的應用程式、顯像內容，而在螢幕解析度、對比度、色彩、銳利度…等參數做調整、優化；此外為了醫療用途，PHILIPS C240P4的機身外殼設計還採用抗菌處理的材質，以及符合醫療規範等級的供電標準，諸如低電磁波且穩定的供電處理以及省電設計，幾乎可說是面面俱到。
