SIngle GPU Chip is back? within GT-200 has 1.4million transistors
and only 65nanometre,made by TSMC,that is a verymonster chip,65nm
cant stop the heating and 235w TDP.Die size:576mm2

the mounting hole is different due to this huge Die shell, for the better thermal changing
