Philips Gioco 278G4這款螢幕是為遊戲所設計，採用超薄邊框設計，支援3D效果並搭載自家的Ambiglow溢彩技術。飛利浦顯示器採用Ambiglow流光溢彩技術早在2009年飛利浦就廣泛應用到自家的電視產業上，其原理是通過在顯示器背面周圍的牆壁上形成光環來放大螢幕，並不斷調節發射光的顏色和亮度來匹配圖像。

規格的部份，Gioco 278G4 採用27吋AH-IPS面板，解析度為1920x1080，可視角為178/178度，亮度為250cd/m2，動態對比為20,000,000：1，反應時間為7ms（2D模式）。另外在輸出入埠的部份有3個HDMI、1個D-Sub、1組4Port的USB3.0 Hub。

飛利浦278G4液晶顯示器採用了IPS廣視角面板，能為使用者提供更為準確的色彩顯示。性能方面，飛利浦278G4的螢幕尺寸為27英寸，解析度為1920x1080，顯示亮度為250cd/㎡、動態對比度為2000萬:1，回應時間為7ms。介面方面，飛利浦278G4D顯示器配置了VGA，HDMI×3兩種介面類別型，飛利浦顯示器也是提供HDMI介面最多的產品。

Ambiglow流光溢彩技術在螢幕背面有智慧偏差照明系統，它會創造出6500K的白色柔光，在黑暗環境下更有氛圍，且可以避免眼睛集中在螢幕上對於不斷變化的圖像造成瞳孔收縮或不適，可以增加眼睛的舒適度降低疲勞
