[XF] 霸氣雙核 狂暴效能 AMD Radeon HD 7990 評測


AMD於2011年底及2012年初發布自家單核卡大當家及二當家等二款採用28nm製程GPU產品Radeon HD 79X0系列顯示卡之後，雖說一直有消息傳出會推出HD 7990的頂級雙核卡，不過這張卡因為AMD自身規劃的關係，於近日才正式發表，當然AMD發表全球運算速度最快的AMD Radeon HD 7990顯示卡， 採用自家次世代繪圖核心架構(Graphics Core Next)及Eyefinity多螢幕輸出技術的設計，HD 7990顯示卡提供玩家無與倫比的效能與世界級的技術，讓玩家在進行使用最新DirectX 11 技術的遊戲時，享有最極致的解析度效果與多螢幕設定的需求。

AMD HD7990為採用28nm製程之GPU，採用兩顆Tahiti XT GPU系列的顯卡HD 7990其核心引擎時脈高達1000MHz(略低於HD 7950GE版本)，提供多達4,096(2,048X2)組SP以及記憶體頻寬一樣為384-bit，採用 GDDR5 3GB (板上共有6G GDDR5但因CF之故僅能使用3G GDDR5)顯示記憶體。記憶體運作頻率為1500MHz(等效6GHz)，頻寬最高可達576(2*288)GB/s，需要2組PCI-E 8Pin供電，TDP為375W，也支援PCI-E 3.0傳輸介面技術的顯示卡，這也是採用AMD新的GCN架構(Graphic Core Next)，一樣有AMD ZeroCore Power 與 AMD Eyefinity 2.0 多螢幕輸出技術，HD 7990在建議售價為$999(折合新台幣約30K)，另外AMD公版3顆9CM風扇搭配4根熱導管均熱板散熱器，透過新的空氣導流設計與下吹式風扇加強散熱效果並有效的減低運作時的音量，以下就顯示卡部分作實際測試。

公版卡設計，採用AMD高階顯示卡均熱板散熱器設計，採用2SLOT散熱設計，下吹式AMD公版3顆9CM風扇搭配4根熱導管均熱板散熱器的原廠風扇，散熱能力應具有相當壓制力吧。

提供1個DVI、及4個mini DisplayPort介面，公版卡輸出介面大多不會採用保護套處理，以減少金手指氧化的可能性，是較為可惜之處，不過協力廠大多會附上，所以應該不會是太大的問題。
顯卡用料部分具有1個CF連接埠，支援CrossFire等技術，後方也有雙BIOS切換開關。

結語
小結:目前市面上的HD7990應該都是公版為主，採用雙8PIN電源設計以滿足HD7990運作時的供電需求，經過實測HD7990整體效能無庸置疑，AMD又再次問鼎單卡(雙核)顯示卡王座，另外記憶體頻寬384bit記憶體搭載3G GDDR5(板上共有6G GDDR5但因CF之故僅能使用3G GDDR5)記憶體容量的配置，算是相當海量，特效全開VRAM應該都還夠用，以目前高階遊戲需求來說應能讓使用者特效全開無誤，此次HD7990搭配上HD7970/HD7950共同主打的高階市場，以目前其價格定位已經超出一般大眾市場接受程度，不過對需要這樣等級的遊戲狂熱玩家應該是沒多大差別，暫時穩居卡王也擁有相當優異的遊戲效能，屬於AMD在DX11的採用GCN顯示技術的雙核加強產品，使用者可依據需求選購自己喜歡的產品，讓需要新顯示技術(DX11、3D、UVD3及多顯示)的視野震撼，尤其是HD7990來說效能表現相當不錯，輕鬆享受超越對手雙核卡王GTX690，不過在單核卡產品部分，競爭對手已推出新一代的卡王Titan，效能表現相當優異，也即將於近日發表新的GTX700系列中高階產品，持續推升單核卡的效能，也期待A家28nm新世代HD8000產品能早日面市，並帶給N家一定程度的壓力，讓使用者能有更多的選擇，以上提供給各位參考。P
